Cancel And Return/Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order or return an item. At Pandyboo, we want to make this process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing Contact@pandyboo.com. Be sure to include your order number in the email.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a return and refund according to our return policy (see below).

Please note, personalized items’ designs cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. If significant changes are required, it’s best to contact us to cancel the existing order and place a new one with the desired adjustments.

Return Conditions

Return is acceptable. After delivery, you have 30 days to return an item. After this period, the acquisition is considered final.

  • We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing Contact@pandyboo.com. In your email, please specify your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
  • If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.


Return Process

Notify us about the issue at Contact@pandyboo.com.
Provide relevant information, including order details, photos of the product showing the problem, and any other pertinent information.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return label for you to print.
Pack the product in its original packaging and send it to our return address. Do ensure you share the return tracking details with us.
Please refrain from sending back items without prior authorization, as they might get misplaced.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only under the following scenarios:

  • The product delivered doesn’t match its description on our website.
  • The product received is defective.


Detail Of Processing Your Refund:

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
  • We will issue a refund for the full amount, including any shipping fees you might have incurred.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email confirmation. The refund process can take up to 2 business days from the receipt of the product.
  • If you haven’t seen the refund in your account after 10-15 days, first check with your bank or credit card provider. Processing times can vary. If issues persist, kindly get in touch with us at Contact@pandyboo.com.
